Reynolds Vapor Company、美國(guó)RAI Services Company、美國(guó)Reynolds Marketing Services Company根據(jù)《美國(guó)1930年關(guān)稅法》第337節(jié)規(guī)定向美國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)提出申請(qǐng)，主張對(duì)美出口、在美進(jìn)口及銷(xiāo)售的特定一次性及其他封閉式電子尼古丁傳送系統(tǒng)（ENDS）裝置及其組件（Certain Disposable and Other Closed-System Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS) Devices and Components Thereof）存在不公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)行為，請(qǐng)求發(fā)起337調(diào)查，并發(fā)布普遍排除令和禁止令。中國(guó)5家企業(yè)涉案。
